Arts Milton is focused on creating community with the arts by encouraging and promoting visual, literary and performance artists, as well as supporting heritage groups, in Milton and the surrounding area.

We are an umbrella organization, who in conjunction with our members, support and encourage over 1500 professional, amateur and emerging artists in the community.

Through the vision, passion and dedication of the 100% volunteer board of directors, event volunteers and members, Arts Milton assists in bringing the arts community alive in Milton.

Objectives

For the community:

• to stimulate the enjoyment and understanding of the arts
• to enrich the cultural atmosphere in Milton
• to enhance awareness of local arts and entertainment events

For Arts Milton members:

• to coordinate the resources, activities and talents of arts groups and individuals in the community
• to provide expertise and advice on topics such as funding, marketing and management
• to assist in promoting your events and activities through the media and the community
• to be your voice in the continued planning of the future Arts and Cultural Centre
